A: As every lift installation is different it is hard to give a
fixed price without sighting the lift. When
we come out to measure up and quote, we will also quote on a
service and maintenance plan

Q: How much warranty do your wheelchair
lifts come with?
A: Bruno vertical platform lifts have a Gold 2 Year Warranty.
The lifts have a fully comprehensive 12 month guarantee
so if any component should fail due
to faulty manufacture during the first year of
ownership we will send a fully trained service
engineer to get your lift back to full working order
FREE OF CHARGE. For the next 12
months major components such as the motor and gearbox
are still covered.

Q: What powers the wheelchair lift?
A: Your lift is powered by two DC batteries and the lift is plugged
directly into the mains. The
best thing with using DC power is that if you have
a power cut your stairlift will still operate.
